BT has created an iPhone app for remixing tracks and visuals.
Sonifi is a portable, real time remix engine which lets you create, mix, save and share tracks and visuals anywhere. You can change beats, bass, harmonic or melodic figures in real time and using the iPhone’s accelerometers, the user can even recreate BT’s Stutter Edit technique, just by shaking the phone.
The first release version of Sonifi contains the ability to connect two iPhones or iPod Touch, over Bluetooth, enabling users to become a remix team. You will need OS 3.0 to use this app. It's in the app store now for £2.99.
